Exactly everyone said to kill not saying they are wrong but ur ganna tell me each person who had mites killed their plants instead of trying to save the plant.... today will make day 2 after the cleaning i will check at 12pm for mites and webs again shit I’ll check every day to make sure it’s mite/web free
You don't just have mites.

You have an Infestation of mites.

When the plant came into your house from the car, mites were falling off it. When you moved the plant through your home to the tent, mites were falling off it. When you put the plant in your tent, mites left the plant to go explore.

Mites are not a single spot for their whole lifetime creature.

Can mites be killed? Yes, and quite easily at that.

Did you do what it takes to kill the mites? Nope. You washed a few off outside and washed away the webs. You still have an infestation of mites.

Miticide for use during flower is fucking expensive.

Soap and water will not do the job. Neem oil will leave you with horrible tasting weed.

To top that off, mites gain insecticide resistance quickly. So you need to use multiple products to ensure you get them all.

I understand why you want to push this issue. Your plant is flowering and you only have a few months left.

Even with that taken into account, it is quicker and easier to scrap the plant and start over unless you have several hundred dollars to effectively fight the infestation but at that cost, is it worth trying to save the plant?

I had mites and they were nastier than spider mites. I have Broad Mites. I used Safers spray for the first treatment and washed everything including the room the tent is in. 3 days later I used a different Safers spray, this time with sulphur and washed everything, tent and room included. My next treatment is going to be Kontos and the final treatment will be Kontos. That means the next time I get mites, I have to use Avid because of the mites gaining resistance to previous pesticides.

Keep in mind, I don't have an infestation. I have mites on a single leaf but I treat the entire grow and room as if I see nothing but mites everywhere because that is the only effective way to fight them.

Side note, the miticides I have to use cost me $20, $20 and $120 so far and I still need to spend $30 on Doktor Doom fogger to clean the room after my grow and another $120 for Avid as a preventive for the next grow.

Buy some predatory mites that target that specific mite and work with your temps and humidity

Even with bugs bodies in there you could make some good edibles , hopefully the predators eat the mites and leave then you will have less bodies in there

They are severely infested so like others say you are best off starting a new plant and then treating it preventatively.

On top of that, what if what I’m doing works? Then what?!?
Lots of folks gave you advice, what you do with that is up to you.

We kept trying to help you, you don't care because you wanna do this or that. We all hope the best for you.

If what you do works, you should contact the pesticide companies and tell them you're going to put them out of business unless they pay you 5 million dollars.

Do what you like, however you like. It is your plant, it is your first time dealing with mites and you need to learn things for yourself. More power to you.

pretty sure you have 0 experience growing, as do I, this is my first run too, but

you don’t think this was done before? Giving them a “bath”? I’m gonna make a guess

You have time to lose. It takes time to grow a plant, and your wasting time.

Then what? Well then you smoke some bud with webs and bug bodies. Heck it is nothing most have not done without even realizing it and it won't hurt you any. There is no need to get defensive. You came here for advice and got it. You chose to not follow that advise and that is perfectly fine. Nobody here want's your plant to die and nobody really cares if you choose to not follow their recommendations. It's all up to you, I hope you do get rid of them and are successful. This is a site for growers, nobody here wants to see a plant die or a grower fail/struggle. It is just what happens some times. Good luck, I hope it all works out for you.

2 ways to look at this. I read the whole thread. 1 version was telling you, you have a bigger issue than you think and here's the necessary steps to take. Done.

2nd version, if this would've taken place since youre still bitching about not being helped when you were offered help... is you would've been given ways to fight the mites from the get-go. Allowed time to pass and would've came back and said... IT DIDN'T WORK!!!

There's no conclusion to this since you are caught up in your own misbelief of the situation. People took time to tell you what to do. The answers weren't negative, they were real solutions to a major issue you're refusing to accept. Stop crying, stop bitching, go deal with your mess at home.

Hey Mike, wanna go watch porn and have a bait sesh with me in the corner?

I think it might be more productive than watching this car crash.

I did the same thing once took clones from someone and they had spider mites, took me quite a while to get rid of them.

Good luck!!

I only grow from seeds or clones that I take now,

Read up on cleaning the room you have to deep clean everything. I got rid of my plants and cleaned but still got them again on my next grow.

I was serious when I suggested water immersion. I was trying to be funny, when I said Mites can't hold their breath long though.

A water hosing and web plucking outdoors making sure to get under the leaves, stems, etc. is one way to start. Mites don't like being hosed and I should know, cuz I'm a hoser.

Then you could dry the plant in front of a fan and have a cleaner plant to begin the next phase of your mite assault. Water isn't going to hurt 3 week old buds if you do it right.

If it's a special plant, take a few cuttings with several nodes, and rinse them in cold water under the kitchen faucet. Then clone those. Sometimes you can preserve a strain that way if you're persistent.
