White Widow Auto's, growing slow and lanky

I'm afriad this is happening because of lack of drainage in their containers, but I water them sparingly, and let the soil dry well before rewatering.

Its day 11 right now, both around 7-8cm tall.
No nodes yet though, still same baby leaves.. Any help??

Can you please turn off the LED and take a photo using the flash?
Almost impossible to diagnose without white light. Sorry

Get your lights closer.
She's stretching to get up to a comfortable light level...
Increase lighting intensity = stretching stops in veg.

I believe you nailed it, I moved my lights closer and within hours they are looking better. The instructions on the grow lights say not to put them this low though.. Odd to me that its helping instead of hurting.

But I do have to ask - I goofed hard and put them in containers that do not have drainage holes in the bottom. I can make my own, but is it worth the risk? Or can I continue letting the water dry deeply before rewatering?

Good to hear.
And yeah, you'll be better off letting your plants tell you how they are than following manufacturers recommended hanging heights, and don't trust breeders harvest times either.

Both of those are different for every grower and setup.
Best of luck.

Definitely pop holes in the bottom. You always want to water until you have runoff.

Thanks everyone, I'll throw some pic's up updating how they're doing and explain some hillbilly growin techniques I've been doing as I'm going along. Hopefully round 1 of these babes will be a success!
