I feel you I lost one that way it got skinny and bent over and died. Keep the dome on them so they retain moisture and they stay stiff. Think clones that dry out and wilt, compared to fully hydrated ones are much hardier and alive.

The fan directly on the plants??
You need more light. What type of light are you using and how far away is it?

Edit: I see you have T5's. Lower them a lot. I kept my T5's around 2" away from the canopy when I was using them. They still liked to stretch some. I have quantum boards in my veg tent now instead and I have way less stretching.

How long do I wait to transplant and move to the CMH lights I have 15 gallon bucket ?
Lower the T5's for now and let them grow for a few weeks or so. Then transfer them to the 15's and put them under the CMH. I use 15 gal pots too. But have some 3 gal when I don't have the space for more 15's. Either way they get transferred to a 15 before flowering.

CMH kicks ass and makes frosty nugs.

Which set up u recommend I was thinking about 1,000 w but my ceiling is just 9' high
Thats plenty high enough. Might have to put a small amount of effort into training the plants low but 9' is more than enough. I run a 1000w hps in a 80'' tall tent

Think of the air movement like exercising. When the plant sways back and forth with the air movement it will try to stabilize itself by increasing the girth of the stem. Just like weights you start very small and slowly increase till desired effect. The light being 2 inches from the plant will increase the heat in the canopy, the gentile air movement will help push the heat away from the plant to prevent light damage. Baby steps. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
