Tips for Lightproofing A Door...?

Hi all, have a 6x4 storeroom with a normal door,tested my 600 and the door frames are gushing light thro em....needs to be sorted! is there a better way than taping/nailing mylar to the seals,

i think if you use that light proof black and white poly it would be more sturdy

yes i think you right, last time i did it tho it looked a mess and the duct tape starts to peel off, there must be a better way ?

personally i would use duct tape to cover the cracks in the door just make sure u can still close it lol

Find some weather stripping that will create a gasket between the door and the frame.

it takes a bit more time and effort but my door had half inch gap on the botom and
1/8th gaps most of the rest of the way
so on the outside of the grow room door i used 1/2 wide velcro to attach some left over panda plastic.
i just velcro it in place when i leave and it only takes a second to peel it open to get in.
its completely light proof and helps seal off odor from leaking as well

I agree! weather stripping is your best friend and its only like $2'n change at the Walmart. Thats for rolls
