It was a scam. They only sent a single valve and I have to play for the shipping back.....

No you don't. You were defrauded. File a claim with your bank and you'll have a provisional credit in 12 hours at the most. You did not receive the item you ordered. That is fraud. You are the victim. If you don't want to address the fraudulent charge with your bank I highly suggest you address it with Amazon's customer service via chat. They will refund your order in full immediately. I am an Amazon customer service Nazi sir. I take no prisoners when dealing with shysters on Amazon, and I leave refunds in my wake.
By the way, do not deal with the seller or communicate with them in any way moving forward. You deal with Amazon. You were defrauded. It is Amazon's issue to address, not the sellers. Amazon will charge back the sellers account. That isn't your problem good buddy.
