When their nodes start to alternate at different height as opposed to the same height, this is when plants are sexually maturing and a sign to flip if you want.

Well if you fill the space properly before switching, your light is capable of pulling over a kilo at full power. Gotta have it propper packed with buds though.

No way I can go at full power unless I get some AC unit to control the heat , cheers for advice dude ill let them fill out abit then im in no rush ;)

What's the temps like now bud? Heat is only an issue if it actually causes one. My grow rooms usually sit 30-32*c and it never gives me any grief. Some strains like it hot.
Just like growing grapes or whatever, they've all got differences in preferred climate etc.

Oh I might be able to ramp it up a little bit then, usually sits between 27° and 30°c m8

Keep an eye out for the tops getting bleached and the edges of the leaves curling up. That's usually the first signs of light/ heat stress.
Ill build the power gradually ill try her at 850w for abit before going to the 1000w, i may upgrade tent soon asweell
