It does seem like everyone is growing weed these days....but...it easy to grow weed....its hard to grow top shelf dank. Usually the growing world regulates itself, lot of people with the intention of growing and selling quickly are weeded out once they realize the true investment one must make to grow some dank. I know some of those people- and they were like, what I have to buy a a/c just for the growroom! WTF - lol, Ya see ya later buddy..haha.

I justify buying and spending somewhat reasonable amounts of $$$ on beans like this> if I find an absolute fire keeper and make a momma, that is well worth the investment- that mom plant can make me some good dough in donations. So at that rate $500 is not even that much for a pack if your doing shit proper.
I feel the same way. I keep trying to get my cousin to grow a plant, give him all the equipment needed except a light, and even that seems to be too much for him. I guess tomatoes have been legal to grow for decades and people still don't all do it. And as far as the " i just want to make some money" guys, I agree about that 100. In the early 90's all that it took to make the bag on growing was having the balls to do it, and knowing how to not burn the joint down with hid. Now a days you gotta come correct with the fire or ain't nobody touching that shit. They can get "runts" from someone down the block who catches packs of dried up medi.

I want to swap my LS into an elcamino ... it’s gonna happen
My first car my pops gave to me when I was 11 was a 59' el camino. I learned how to drive 3 on the tree out on the old dirt track at grandpa's in that thing. 350, 4 bolt main , man that old dog was fun. Used to have to jump the starter with a screwdriver to get her fired up. Man those were the days....

A few tips if you're gonna make the chocolates.... Don't use your normal coffee grinder, watch out for the magic dust cloud and don't get no water in the damn chocolate when it's melting.

After 20 years of cubes not crossing my path, I finally became proactive this summer and found my own  ( covid really fucked with my job, but has left me more time this summer which I'm grateful for) that looks like a good charge of them going in your chocolates, they must freeze well. Would love to see the end product. You know what strain? B+? Gt?

I love hearing about new mycology endeavors. It really opens your eyes o_O lol. I initially purchased different cubensis strains and took spore prints. I since have been making my own mixed spore syringes. From what I understand, one strain will dominate and they will not hybridize into a new strain. So I'm thinking these look like the golden teachers I ran or possibly the Thai Koh Samui Super Strain.

I've learned how to do a lot of things on RIU, from growing to making my own distillate by soxhlet extraction. The latest Myc project has been a lot of fun. I've toyed with the idea for awhile now, and since covid kinda fucked my summer up workwise, I figured I'd go for it. Things are going swimmingly, Ive had a lot of help from a member on here.
Now I'd like to run an eight or so of dust through my soxhlet to see how a distillate would turn out. Ive talked with another member on here, and I'd like to either make a small eyedropper full of cube tincture or let the ETOH evap of to make shroom crystals. Crystals sounds rad af, but dosing could be interesting

Almost 5 years of attempting to ride the ph swing by watching plant response has finally come to an end. It's crazy how you can be somewhat successful and still not know what the fuck you're doing. I've seen plenty a auto body man that didn't know his ear from his toe, retire a "master craftsman". The one thing I've learned so far, is to try not to get stuck in your ways, even if you consider yourself a pro.
