Flowering and height question

Hello, all. This is my first grow ever and outdoors. I’ve topped once and haven’t trained at all. So here are my questions: how long do I have until flower and will these grow taller than the fence? If so, what can I do to prevent that? Thank you so all responses.

Those all need to be topped again.... And i would be taking off like the top 12'' of a lot of them. They double in size going from veg to flower. Should start flowering soon, 2-4 more weeks, but still.... double....

Goodness. That’s a lot. But I believe you. Left on Monday came back today and they had to have grown AT LEAST 4 inches. Just nervous doing so with it being my first grow

Just make a fence with the plants. Problem solved!

Damn, thank you very much. Thought they’d get close to the top of the fence but not that tall. So literally just chop 12 inches off?
Just chop the tops off and then pull the remaining branches down with some string or training wire. Bush them out more. They will grow massive. My family grow out here, some plants stand 10-15 ft

Damn. I’m honestly very surprised that all these plants are growing so well with me having zero practically knowledge of cannabis. Only forums and YouTube.

Also, you’re worried about height... that many plants will smell up the whole block lol
Yeahhhhhhh, again with it being my first time I didn’t think I would get this far. I grew so many as “back ups” I think I only truly lost 1 or 2 due to poor transplanting. But luckily it is CBD and it is legal where I am but yeeeeeahhhh, the smell

You don’t have much to worry about either. Your plants will only grow as big as your pots allow, just make sure you hush them out now before it’s too late

Now what do you mean my hush them? Topping the hell out of them?

I have nooooo idea. No body lives on that side of the fence to actual see them but they’re already is a light smell to them

Plants need 2 things to grow. Water and light. They can do the rest honestly lol
Yeah I’ve come across outdoor growers on here that told me the just use plain water and I was surprised. All the videos I’ve watched in the past were all about nutrients and of course light too.

I mean bush them out. Top them of course, but do as the others said. Cut about 12” off the top and pull the branches down. Any new growth just pull it down. You want the plant more of a bush than a tree

Alright I can do that. Got worried after my first top I’d mess up the plant. Thank very much for your insight

I'd set up a mesh screen over all of them, bend then down horizontal at just under 2 foot and train all the side branches straight up.
No topping.

Or top, I like to do half and half.
The tall ones must go!
