Need help! What's wrong

Hi Im wondering what is happening with my plants? I was told the pots aren't big enough (5gal smart pot fabric) and then I was told it's the heat (88-93 degrees) we feed them Around 1700 ppm of nutes every couple days and we have a 1200+ ppm of CO² in the room. Can any one shed a light? We are using HPS bulbs about 2 feet above the plants

How are you mearsuring and controlling Co2 levels? Looks like something is off and they are much higher than you think. Over-saturation cause the stoma to shrink. Restricting transpiration.
