To me it looks like a minor deficiency..there are others here that can tell you for certain, but I'd say some cal/mag may fix your problem. This is under the assumption your PH is in the range of course.

I’m using canna a+b 7ml per 5 litre with canna coco pro plus. My ph is around 6-6.5

Keep your pH between 5.7-6.3. 6.5 is on the very high end for coco, and could lock out certain nutrients.

What is the EC/PPM of the nutrient mix? What water are you using? Tap? What's the pH of that (just your plain water).

Does your Canna A+B contain Calcium and Magnesium?

get your pH below 6 (5.6-5.9 i find is best) so required nutrients can be absorbed better. Also, your coco looks pretty dry. i use canna coco and it's much darker brown when properly wet.

straight out of tap it’s 7 but after adding nutrients it goes down to about 6.
Maybe it’s because I watered with no nutrients because I thought it had nutrient burn

Just taken after watering

These look over watered. I'll have to let the coco growers speak up though, because over water in coco is apparently rare.

Since I don't use coco, I can't provide advice on what needs to be done for the over watering.
