What causes weed to turn brown like this?

Best weed I ever had was some mutant version of Super Silver Haze where the bud actually elongated to the point of being like little sticks, almost no bud to speak of, but the whole freaking plant was covered with THC. All the stems, everything, from top to bottom was the. Absolutely crazy. It was so much fun smoking people out with that. They saw the worst looking weed they had every seen and minutes latter rolling on the floor giggling. Actually got one dude arrested. too high in public.

Some of those Fox tailed mother fuckers can be the dankest. Crazy high calyx to leaf ratio. And the way its all fluffed out it gets better light penetration into the buds and way better air circulation. Some people search for the fox tails....

I would describe her more as having an "Abnormally high hair to leaf ratio."

Looks like some fire. Anything that isnt hair is covered in frost.

View attachment 4623913Good morning. The other day someone gave me this to try? Its brown, taste & smell is a bit off. Still feel some effects. I dont think ots moldy. I say that because Im very sensitive to molds and I usually get congested immediately. I am a first time grower and I DO NOT want my weed to turn out like this. Any ideas on what causes this? Poor drying? Poor curing?

I would say that plant suffered from some root rot and nutrient burn and never fixed the problem through flowering stage

No, you would not even recognize it as weed if you saw it, literally a room filled with super thin twigs but more covered with thc than you’ve seen on any bud in your life. When we smoked it you were literally putting twigs into a bowl. No way to roll a joint with it. Think this picture below
