GM is still building crap. Had to look it up, but I remember those damn things, barely. I thought the Vega was their big failure, but it looks like they out did themselves with those hunks of junk.I had a citation once. Iron Duke engine. Both pos.

I do NPR and PBS Newshour, so that would be where I heard it first, in relation to the flu years ago, then from several sources about this virus. It's not that the hot weather kills the virus, it just slows down transmission.I agree they are screwed but it’s the first I’ve heard cold dry air is heavy and the particles hang in the air longer. Do you have citation for this?
But did it have fine, Corinthian leather? We had a Chrysler Cordoba. 3 years from new and you could see the road through the rust in the trunk floor.

Ya well salt isn’t great either lol. But yup some vehicles were worse than others. I had a 2002 Silverado that lasted 12 years before the frame rusted through behind the front tires...... sold it for parts . I have a 2008 2500 and it’s in mint but I need to get it oiled this fall. I have a 2007 BMW and not a mark on it rust wise........... On Covid related news, after the initial outbreak at a nail salon 2 weeks ago that was traced really well, we have not had any new cases in 9 days in our area, 130 in all of Ontario so they’ve decided bars and resterants are opening Friday ! I’m going fishing up North this week and it be the first trip away since last year.....wooohooo.Vehicles don’t rust out everywhere like that
Calcium Chloride is 10 Times as corrosive as rock salt.

No the waters to warm now. I love to fly fish on rivers but not many here. I do that in the spring here when trout are on top but their deep now. We’re going for walleye but mostly to get the hell out of the house as I live on the water lol.Fly fishing ?
The walleye is a very interesting looking fish . I think it dates back to the Devonian age. They look like they would be very challenging to lure out of the water because they look so big and strong. Have fun! I hope you catch a real prize !No the waters to warm now. I love to fly fish on rivers but not many here. I do that in the spring here when trout are on top but their deep now. Walleye (aka Pickerel) are great fish. Very active and fun to catch as they put up a great fight, easy to clean, and taste fantastic. The walleye is a very interesting looking fish . Nothing Quite like fish teeth. Real em in with like leather gloves? I wouldn’t want a monster like that on deck.Walleye (aka Pickerel) are great fish. Very active and fun to catch as they put up a great fight, easy to clean, and taste fantastic.
Watch out for those teeth though, they can pretty much take a finger off!
They're a member of the Pike family. Northern Pike is even more of a fight to catch. Again, nice, clean fresh tasting meat. Equally dangerous with its teeth. I've watched several times a Pike take down a medium sized goose or duck right from the surface of the water.
I'm a Bass, Muskie and Pike fisher person, but since I've been out west, we don't have those around here, so I've switched to rainbow trout, char and salmon (all of which plus several more species reside in the lake I live on).
It's always more enjoyable trying to catch something to eat when it can take a bite out of you all the sameNothing Quite like fish teeth. Real em in with like leather gloves? I wouldn’t want a monster like that on deck.
