Best sources of info?

I’ve been reading through the grow diary by @cobshopgrow but some of the language being bandied around is beyond my understanding. Where should I start to be able to get to grips with it all?
HID was plug and play as far as spectrums, intensity, colour etc but I don’t mind saying as someone who knows how to grow I feel like a noob again.
Any sites other than RIU, I’m already pally with the search on here.

Good starting point for any grower.

Sorry should of stated in original post I’m looking to find the science behind led lighting. I’ve grown for a few years with cfl and hid but only just really looking into led and there seems to be a lot I don’t know.
The last leds I knew about were blurple!! Don’t wanna clog the forums with 100s of questions so I figure I need some good reading material. Any links for a beginner with a some working knowledge of electrics would be greatly received. Cheers
