You have some fat ass colas must be a pleasure to smoke when your done putting in hard work. I’ll probably use cmh when I’ve got a perpetual grow but right now I’ll probably stick to led’s. Since I am a beginner it makes sense to me to start with a led as they seem to me to be easier to use
Do your best now and in you second grow buy one more of this led to cover your space

Is this plug and play? How much boards would I need to light up the whole 5x5? Also would you recommend this over the hlg qb96 elite v2 because I think I’m going to get 3 qb96’s
Youd need at least 4 qb96 inorder to get tthe spread right, and you need to think about your hanging height aswell: you need around 2 feet between your cannopy and the light. Also, running them so hard you should add a little fan on top of the heatsink.

If you end up ordering off of Alibaba, I would stick to one of the more well known suppliers (e.g. Kingbrite, Meijiu or a handful of others). On the linked light, I see no mention of the diodes used. An efficacy figure of 2.3 μmol/J suggests they are using last generation or inferior quality diodes.

Personally I would go with the QB 96. At least 4 of them like Rocket said for decent spread. And maybe add another 2 (or more if you want) down the line when you can afford it. Maybe look into the XLG-240-H-AB drivers (somewhat less expensive than HLG series drivers) with the QB 96 wired in parallel. You could buy 3 drivers so you have 720 watts of power potential. Start with 2 drivers and add the 3rd when you can afford the other QB96s.

How much is shipping to you for the QB96? If ordering direct from HLG, RIU10 or DIY10 will get you 10% off your order.

This is prefect for 5x5 veg and bloom. 1 of these is enough+. Yes plug and play

They’re $70 each and I’m going to get 3 so it’ll be $210 but I’m not sure about shipping prices I’ll find out when it’s time to buy them.
