2/4 plants dying. Bad genetics?

I’ve kept them in the same position since planting in soil. The only reason I could think of is bad genetics, cause they were all cared for exactly the same way and are the same age. #4 was struggling from the start and took a while to pop out. #2 started out quick but was flimsy and weak. 1 and 3 have been pretty solid from the get go. What would y’all do in this situation? wait it out a bit then toss em?

It's hard to tell with those pictures due to the lighting. Perhaps the soil is too hot for them. What soil is it?
Hey man. It’s called golf green. 1-1-1, compost, perlite, humus, peat moss, 7% blood meal. 18/6 lighting...600w but only veg light on so probably less. Water ph’d to 5.5. Also gave them a tiny feeding of fish ferts last week.

Yeah probably just too much nutrient content (too hot) for a seedling. They should grow into it.
