In another forum a guy told me it’s the neem oil I’m using because my grow light was still on after applying it what do you think?

That could happen but that's not that case for you I don't think. Your plants are just eating.

In the future most of your insect problems are in the soil and cause damage to the roots. Unless you absolutely have to spray your foilage I'd suggest against it and mix neem into your water and it will kill all larvae in soil. Maybe buy or collect some lady bugs for your tent.

Appreciate y’all it’s my first grow lol and to get it here without any real hiccups is a blessing for me lol thanks hearing the good news while smoking makes it even better
