start of 4th week flower. has bleaching,should i dim the light down,but how much?

Yes, many top growers will utilize supercropping or lst right up until harvest if needed. Just be careful not to be too aggressive and snap any branches,
pinch the stem and roll it between your fingers until you feel the membrane break and the stem get soft in that area. Then keep pinching and bending until you get it to the height you need.

Totally depends on the height of the plant and how low you need to go. Usually for me it’s 3-4” from the top, but it’s been as far down as 6-8” in some cases

jack herer was abt 50cm high before 12/12.blueberry abt 45.in a 1x1x2m tent.jack is nw approx 1.3m.blueberry is 1.2m.not much clearance.from nz and fem seeds are super hard to come by here(like a unicorn lol)just dnt wanna mess it up.

there abt 10cm from the top. 3.9 inches
ive read abt the pheno of this strain and i didnt flip it early enough,ive just bent them down and tied it to itself,just to paranoid about it snapping and buggering it mate.

Ya that’s not a bad idea, Bending and tying works the same. Understandable to be cautious, many have made the mistake of going to hard and breaking branches.

I was forced to super crop exactly in your position (Had a fiasco with pure sativa...literally grew 400% at light stretch).
Anyways my point is based on the photos that little indica is going to get left out of the party.
Option 1. Pinch on the colas until you feel the stem crease/fold. The cola will collapse perpendicular. This clearing room for your light. You will notice a gourd/bulge form....this is normal.
Option 2. Get some bamboo sticks and place them in substrate at a 45 degree angle away from the center of the pot. Then LST the colas to a 45.
This will dramatically increase light penetration whilst giving you some more clearance from the light to finish your ladies.

,im such a newb at this i know i eff it up mate,i can see what you mean abt pulling the side branches out with the bamboo(if thats what you mean)to give better light to the bottoms.the other shorter ladies are 2 clones from a bro,thats why i put that blurple in there to supplement the light for them(they were flipped the same time as the bigger ones but seem more developed in terms of bud size,but just way shorter).

this is okay, but keep in mind to keep on training it weekly, training is art, with the perspective of the plant growth, thinking ahead of time, and predictions.
what you did is good and keep in mind that you can soften the stem by squeezing and turning until it softens a bit then bending it (try to be gentle) and this is your plan B

Thanks mate,already its tryna grow back up.jst another ? If you can see in my rubbish photos there isn't much light getting to the bottoms bcuz the light is so high.ive read up so much information about defoliation I don't know weather to do it or not as I have already taken some fan leaves off and not sure to take more or leave it.

if a fan leaf is blocking the light from a good sized bud then remove it, many people defoliate once before the flip and once at 3 weeks, but dont over do it. use common sense.

I think I've done enough defoliation but light still seems like it's not getting to those bottoms.so do I just keep tying the top down as she grows but I'm in the start of week 4 flower nw,so shouldn't it stop stretching nw?just newb questions lol.

mayb its just me, but when i took these pics they seem to have more resin on them nw than before.

You got another good week of stretch for sure. It will be fine to just keep bending the stems as needed. These plant "yo-yos" work well at keeping plants bent. They are meant to support heavy topped plants but work just as well in keeping stems bent. Just attach to something low and use the hooks around the stem.
