Why one plant has yellow leaves

Depends on how old your plant is... im in week 3 of flower and running close to 1000ppms. My tap comes out around 50-80ppms

They're in the late stage of veg how do I get the levels up to like 200 --400

Nutrients. A pinch of Epsom salt will bring it up a little too.
