Those look good but$400 or $500 is out of my price range at the moment...You can build this for around 400-500. Depending on what you want. I have 2 in a 5x8.

I water once a week and feed once a week. When I do either of them, I make sure I do it until I start to see runoff.Hey man do you flush your girls when you feed??

Ok thanks I have been feeding according to my moisture meter, I feed them wait about 10 min. Check them and if they read dry I give them more and I do this daily...I water once a week and feed once a week. When I do either of them, I make sure I do it until I start to see runoff.
Ok I'll remember that so if the soil reads dry to you recommend just plain water or just feed every other day???No need to water daily unless it's coco...soil plants need a dry period too.
I only needed to water once a week and feed once a week. You dont want to over water or over feed them. Honestly....those soil meters are somewhat useless ( no offense ). I have been growing a while so I can tell just by looking at them what they need. The easiest method though is lifting the pot a little and see how it weighs. When it's really light....time to water or feed.Ok I'll remember that so if the soil reads dry to you recommend just plain water or just feed every other day???
Thanks man I just trying not to screw up my babies even if I get a small yield this time it'll be good for me while I'm learning from the pros... The weight is my reference also along with my meter they are always a few ounces lighter when I weight them every day so that's also why I've been feeding them daily... I check the soil by feel about 2" down and it is usually kinda dry the moss helps keep them airrated and them from getting water logged.Your ladies are healthy and looking good so I wouldnt worry at all. It comes together with experience. Start a journal here and let others follow along.
Thanks man that gives me some more bases to work with since mother nature is being temperamental on me...In veg in a reasonable size pot using soil, you will water roughly every 3 or 4 days, moving to 3 and then 2 in flower.
Wet dry cycle is critical in veg, a big part of getting a nice healthy plant.
The best grows transplant so root balls can grow big ans support big plants.
For lighting i reco HLG for LEDs and any of the top brands for HPS.
