Humidifier options?

I live in an area where the summers are hot, 100f+, and very dry. Currently my grow room is showing 20% humidity, with lights off. It's a little better at night as the humidity rises but with the AC running it lowers the humidity from what it is outside, so it is still in the 30s.

Wondering what to do about it. I've only seen those little walmart humidifiers, and not sure where I would put it in the room.

Anyone else have a low humidity problem, and what is your solution?

My summer grow has been at 25-35% up until now (the tent is full and plants are really pushing water into the air now). Is the low humidity actually causing an issue?

They didnt mind it.

And when they are in flower, they will truly appreciate that 35% humidity.
They seem to like it their whole life. I keep a clear cup over them for the first week or so as a humidity dome and then they are on their own. I figure the lower the rh, the more water they push into the air which keeps leaf temps down and everyone happy.

Well, I guess I need to talk about the temperature as well, or really the VPD. I can't say there is an obvious issue at this point, but I want to prevent an issue and not have to react after I have one.

Everything I've read says that too dry and too hot, my temps are around 78F, causes the plants to transpire more, which mean they have to take in more nute water, and this can lead to nute toxicity. And otherwise stress the plant more.

My humidity gets below 20% every winter and never had any problems from it. You're gonna want a humidifier for drying though so might as well grab one. I just use a walmart mainstays ultrasonic and it keeps the room around 55%

Humidifer can mess up carbon filters clogging up with white residue. Been there done that
Clogging from mineral deposits isn't an issue if you make sure to use evaporative humidifiers rather than the ultrasonic variety. I use tap water in an ultrasonic but I make sure to only use the carbon filter when it's needed. After each crop, I remove the carbon filter and clean the hell out of it with an air compressor, brush and a shop vac. I'm thinking about running the humidifier water through a Brita filter next time around to see if it doesn't help some.

Yeah i second the evaporative humidifier option but honestly i just dont think they are necessary. Ive grown all the way through with very low humidity. And as far as the brita filters go, they might help but they do not solve the issue, I have an under the sink charcoal filter which is like a brita on steroids and i still had a plugged filter after a couple weeks.
