Would you like to wager a ounce I guarantee they get rootbound in a ten gallon. Been there done that from seed.

Dirrtyd....I am new to this. Why would they get roodbound. And how should have I done it so rootbound would have not been a problem....I did use 4 part ffo. Forrst and 1 part perlite...your wisdom would be highly appreciated....also farbic pots. For self root pruning.

Well the plant is going to get to a point where the roots will circle it. Most folks will set that pot in the ground. If I would guess those plants are close to three feet now. Personally I would cut the bottom off and repot if ground not an option. You will thank me at the end of the season .

Fabric pots dont really get root bound. That being said, they could definitely use some more dirt. I would set that pot in a 30-50 gallon pot, cut the sides, and fill with dirt. Oh and get building a 10 foot tall trellis.

I’ve done 10s, 20s and now moved up to 30s. The plants in the pic are 9 weeks from seed in 30s. If you keep those in 10s, you’ll be watering every day in another month and your yields will suffer. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain going bigger but it’s your grow so do whatever makes you happy! They look great so far!

like i said granted im in the ground. no soil just native dirt and grass clippings from mowing as mulch

one branch wasnt up to the socal winds and surrendered. hence the hole on the trunk photo
