Why are you asking us which week of flower your plant is in? This is something that you should know. That plant looks like she's revegging to me so it's more than likely not going to finish flowering until the end of the season.

Are you serious how do I know if she re vegging
Yes, I am serious. Is this a photo period plant? If it is, and it is outside in AZ, and you aren't physically light depriving it every night, then it is going to reveg. The reason I said it looks like it is revegging to me, is because it has a lot of single bladed leaves growing out of the top of the buds, and that is what happens when they start to reveg.

To be honest I'm not sure if it is a photo period plant .. the buds keep growing and ripening the plant is getting 13.5 hrs sunlight

Sounds like you need to do a lot more research for your next grow.

What occurs when re veg what happens to the buds because they seem to keep maturing and growing
They will stop putting growth into the flowers and the plant will go back into vegetative growth.

Physically moving the plant into a dark tent or putting a dark tent over the plant to make sure it doesn't get anymore than 12 hours of light each day.

Ok but it's an outdoor plant and I have kept it outdoor since day 1.. the flowers are still producing and are getting fatter by the day . Also most of the pistills are now turning orange and she just started releasing her skunky smell

Then just keep an eye on it until about 75% of the pistils have turned color and recede, then take a look at the trichomes on the calyx and harvest when they are all milky and some start turning amber. If it's an auto then that will happen with time. If it's a photo then it will reveg.
