By doing so, he might be able to advance the narrative that, "killer cops are bad and won't be tolerated, but randomly destroying property, is not a solution either etc. "

If there is anything at all it would be a wedge, Joe won't pick a VP unless Clyburn and a few others vette her, Joe owes the African American community on this and so does America, they might have saved his ass and the country too.
