One arm watering

Sooo in a few weeks I am going to lose virtually all use of one of my arms. Im running my 5x5 tent (only about 60% full) and all my girls will be a couple weeks into the 12/12 flip. You guys got any solutions for one arm watering?

Im thinking this unit is my best option. The one with the 10' hose. And I can put the sprayer attachment on it.

Or considering I will be going through about 2 gallons of water/day, should I just fill up my big water reservoir and use the same old watering can method. If I keep a fish tank bubbler in about 25 gallons of water, will the water stay fresh and usable for a few weeks?

Or should i use the big reservoir with the 10' transfer pump? That would likely be the easiest.

I would appreciate ideas/input from everyone, especially those of you who have lost the use of one arm and really know where im coming from. Thanks!

Go for the easy route man. My POS uncle lost an arm and his whole life changed in an instant. You really dont know how often you use both arms until one is gone..... Tying shoes, buttons, gaming and riding motorcycles all went out the window until he adapted to it.... good luck man

Having a new shoulder installed. Ive had plenty of time to worry about all the shit i wont be able to do, but i have plans for most of it. Keeping the girls watered is one of my only concerns.

Is this a remote grow? Are you hauling water? Your loss is just temporary right? Don’t blow that new shoulder out doing something stupid.

Yes temporary but its going to be a long recovery. No its a grow at my house; only have to haul water from kitchen to grow room but i can do that a gallon at a time. Everything should be at the point where all I have to do is add water. Flipping to flower in a week.

I only use 1 arm and I have 2 available. I hand water also. I don’t use hoses, or pumps, or watering pots, nothing. Just a good ole fashion cup. I’m watering 8 plants and have got the amount I need to fill down to a science with that cup. I think if I switched to a watering pop or like the one you posted, I would lose track to how much I’m feeding. I know watering isn’t based on specific amounts because the plants feed demand changes throughout the entire grow, but that trusty cup hasn’t failed me yet. Good luck with the recovery. I just had hip replacement surgery last November, gonna be a tough road ahead of you but you’ll make it.
