strange little wiggly line on a few leaves on my outdoor plants

Outdoors? If so I'd say leaf miners. Spray Neem oil on the entire surface of the plants (if they are still in veg) about once a week, make sure you get the bottom of the leaves as well.

I'm on it dogonit. I have a bottle of neem oil in my closet. Thanks.
