Is my pot big enough ?
Height 7 inches , width grows wide as 10 inches

No unless you just want a small plant, and that shape will make for a harder transplant as well.
what the man said, plus your soil doesnt look very aerated too. perfectly you want to have a gal per month of growing. i know the ppl doing the solo cup challenge can prove me wrong for the size of the pot lol :D

I was gong to try a shooter glass or something little, I know what you mean though, seen some impressive plants in cups lol.
 
How big my pot should be then? Can anyone tell me in inches , or cm , anything except that gallon requirement like how the hell u keasure pots into gallons

EDIT , googled its about 12 inches in height and 10 inches wide.

Since it says 5 gallons i assume it will take 5 kg of my mixture

Pots are sold in gallon and/or liter sizes. 1 gallon = 3.785 liters. This should help you figure it out though.

Americans are weird when it comes to measures , just googled its about 12 inches big and 10 inches wide.
 
Size of pot is far less important than what you do with it. I've grown autos and photos in 2-3 ltr pots for years and get an oz per ltr minimum.
