I was watering a little often i have no changed to a lot of water every 5 days

Dont water on a schedule, water when the pots feel light like they did when you filled them with dry medium. They fill out small pots pretty quick so your first watering might be a 5 day span, second 4 days, third 3 days, and then ready for transplant. Plants dont look at calendars.

Yes i know what you mean i will give it a try i have just gave them a good watering today will keep an eye on them over the next few days

Is it just me or is that tent upside down? I dont have one myself but from what I understand you'd want the output fan taking the hotter air from the top part of the tent out and the lower fan bringing in cooler air from below. More circulation = stronger stems.
I'm also not seeing where your temp and humidity gauge is. The reading should be from right where the plants are growing.

I will take another pic i have been messing on with lights and fans so now everything is all over the place and the tent had to go that way because of the zip while it was in the cupboard my have to take it out the cupboard

That's pretty good. I aim for 77F/25C and 60%RH. Puts you in a good spot VPD wise for veg.
