Probably because you are strangling the poor thing. There is no need to support a seedling, and definitely no need to wrap string around it multiple times like that. If you want a seedling to stand on its own then you need just enough air blowing around in the tent for them to gently rock back and forth and they will grow stronger stems.

I berly put the string on like 10 min ago it was staning on straight when i wen to bed i woke up it it was laying down in the floor

How much and how often have you been watering them? That soil looks very wet for a seedling that small so it could be damping off.

If you look at the stem just above the soil, it's badly damaged. I think the only way you'll save the plant is to pinch off the bottom "starter" leaves and add soil to cover the node they grew from. If it's going to make it the plant will send out additional roots. Get rid of the twine after you do that ... the extra support should hold it up. If it needs support, make a loop that will support the plant but isn't tight to the stem about 1/2 way up from the soil. It looks like you using a very heavy soil. If you can add some perlite when you repot.
