Let those little ones soil dry out a bit. It seems to be heavily over watered. There essentially being drownded, because there small root system can't consume that much water at once. JM2C
How long would you suggest waiting? This is my first time using fox farm ocean forest and it doesn’t seem to retain water as well as what I’ve used in past. I want these to flourish but I am also on a budget because of this pandemic.

Have you checked the actual wattage of that 300W light? It could be something more like 130W and you'll struggle to flower 5 autos with one of those. Sorry to bring it up but this little bunny made that mistake once.
Very true, and good advice FB, I use a so called 300 watt led for my rooting clones. But the actual pull watts wise from the wall is only 143 watt p/h draw.

Hey man I've been budget growing well before all this pandemic stuff, it's all good. Fox Farm ocean forest is ok. It is way hot soil wise for young plants. Let the soil dry until the top inch or two is Dry. Watch the New growth closely, that will tell you how fast your Root system is growing as well. If that makes sense.

this is what the rating says?.
Well it says 'Made in China' so i'd be sceptical at least. What's the make and model? Usually, when bought on one of the online marketplaces you can scroll down and find the actual wattage/power draw. Otherwise a quick web search should provide you with the technical info you need. My first light was a Vipar 450. I threw all my carrots at the wall when it turned out to be 200W. Not cool.

Yes that does make sense I’ve been watering every other day last time I watered was last night might be why it looks so wet. And also is it ok to turn this thread into a grow journal? So I could keep getting advice along the way?. Also when would it be completely necessary for a exhaust fan?

This is the setup I purchased also a fan in there just to circulate air
If you are flowering and all in there, you are going to want exhaust of some type. With a tent that size, just a 6" clip fan in one of the ports might work, that's how I have my clone/seed tent set up.

So what would be the best budget friendly light I’m not trying to spend over $40 really I could run both this one and another I don’t want to spend over $40 as I still have to buy exhaust system.
