Need help and tips. New grower worried.

Please give any advice and let me know what y'all think of these. I'm new and the leaves look a little droopy like they are wanting to curl down. Also i just transplanted the peat pellets they were in into the cups 3 days ago. Since them not much has happend at all. Are they stunted. Are they okay? Any advice please! I'll always pass the advice along.

The leaves have been curling down and i am worried. I transplanted from peat pellets to cups 3 days ago but just popped the peat pellets in and cover with dirt. They also haven't dont much at all since i did that and i don't wanna wake up to them dead one day. Any advice please. These are 10 days old. Help me and my babies please.

Lower your lights or up your wattage if they are already close enough. Support the stems if they collapse. Bury deep when transplanting. Don’t overwater and i’m sure they will be fine.

Thanks for your reply man! Yeah i haven't been watering to much but the soil for sure isn't dry and i just lowered my light as much as possible it is only a 30 watt i believe. I didn't look to much into that part which was a mistake but will have a 1000watt light in 2 days. I hope that will do the trick.

Is that true watts or advertised wattage? With 30 watts you can keep ‘em super close to prevent elongation. Like 2-3 inches close.

this will be very inadequate for cannabis by itself even in seedling stage, if nothing else is available i suggest you get some cfls or led bulbs and use those to provide more light. I was asking for that 1000w light, post the specs of that.

Ok this light probably draws only 200w. You can grow something like 2 plants in a 2x2 with this but anything over that you need bigger lights. If i were you i’d look at quantum boards and i think there are sponsors over here like @Budget LED who can provide options for you and you can check amazon for hlg quantum boards. The light you posted will work well for seedling and veg but they usually don‘t last very long. Still it’s your call.
