hi guys. after the fourth branch, I cut off the head of plants. I have no idea what o do now. I'm very novice. what is your advice

6 nodes is the norm but I've seen beautiful 3-4 node plants.

Yes you can do both! Low stress training will not stress your plant out very much. As for trimming fan leaves, I’ve heard that will stress plant growth at that stage. Your fan leaves are providing valuable energy for your plants

It's a good start.
As the plant develops, it may be beneficial to remove lower growth if it's not getting exposure.
I typically top twice for 4 main colas and then train the plant from there.
I use trellis netting to help spread out the canopy.
