I’ve had a Dolato bag seed I thru in a paper cup at first with just straight top soil and kept it on a windowsill. After about 6 days the plant was legging our stretching for light. So I transplanted into a taller container about 3/4 gallon of ,again just straight top soil and buried the extended stem. I thru it in a spare closet and hung 2-40w daylight cfls above it. I realized she was looking limeish green and seemed stunted. So after couple more days I realized this top soil is like straight cement compacting the roots. So last night I switched her again into same pot except replaced medium with FFOG mixed with perlite. I gave her a 6.0 ph water. 12 hours have gone by and when I just checked her , I noticed her new leafs are pointing like directly up towards the light. Anyone know if this is an okay healthy sign, I never seen leaves perk straight up like this before..

yeah just popped a spider SF1000 24” above her. I did just get a soil ph/moisture/light reader and I realized the soil is coming up 8 alkaline. I need to learn how to bring the overall soil Ph down to like 6-6.5.
