How many landlords do you know personally? Most of the people I know in this business are the nicest people on Earth who would give you the shirts off their backs and do so much for their community. For many of them their rental properties are their retirement. But it's cute that you think they should take a second job after making it but not the white trash who live off your taxes. Typical.
