If the soil is at 7.5 and you want your root zone to experience something closer to 6.5 then feed at 5.5.The pH of this soil sits roughly around 7.0 - 7.5. I balance my solutions to around 6.0-6.5
Don't worry about pH in soil at all , never bothered any of the loads of plants I have done, soil regulates it's ph, they don't look bad so I'd say pH is coolView attachment 4555081
