What PH should I be at when watering?

I’m using a blend of Roots Formula 707 and Promix with added perlite and amendments. What PH should I be watering at? I know formula 707 is mainly peat moss mixed with some coco and I think promix is all peat moss. I was watering at 5.9-6.0 but I know that’s for coco. Should I be watering at a different Ph for peat?

I grew in Canna terra with added perlite which is peat based and 5.8 was the number thats recommended from memory (tis on the Canna website if u want to check)

Edit: seems 6.0 is the number.

Here it is
But CANNA recommends a different range for each type of substrate:

TERRA	5.8 – 6.2
COCO	5.5 – 6.2
Others	5.2 – 6.2
