Odd looking genetics on this lady - thoughts ?

Hello - I am a first time indoor grower and have 9 4week old plants - all is going well - one of the ladies is looking like it might have come from a nuclear power plant - it’s genetics looks a bit odd - take a look -

Here Is the current details -

I am 4 weeks into the vegetation stage -
4X4 tent
6in exhaust w carbon filter

18 hrs of light
75deg
50% humid
7 gal cloth grow containers
Feeding / water about 1/2 gal 2 or 3 times a weeks

Fox farm regiment -big bloom - big grow -
Molasses 1TBS
Mycorrhiza 1/4 tsp

Light is 27in above - not full power but on Veg strength-

They look very small 4 weeks into veg stage
I had a slow start / not enough light for the first week or so - overwatered the first week or so - just learning- growing pains - ( pun intended)
Do too think this would make them small ? Will the ever catch up or will I have problems ?

next time add more perlite, and I'm not really sure autoflowers are fragile but with the speed it's growing at ide say the strain you have is more forgiving, just giving it time in the optimal environment and check ph and ppm frequently

Using well water that is on a water softener- out of Tap it’s 6.8 ph - ppm less than 25
My tea ph is 5.7
Ppm less than 250 in tea
