My plants popped :) + question

hey growers germination was complete except on one but got another seed in its place. I do have a question though, do you think my light is to far from my plants?
im growing 3 slurricane 7, 3 Platinum kush breath remix, and 3 divine storm all bred by inhouse genetics i will be moving these outdoors mid may hopefully, yes i know my fan is ghetto but connector piece broke

They look stretchy. They haven't dropped the shell and they're already getting spindly. I don't grow under LED's so I can't tell you what distance your light should be but I can tell you that those seedlings are not getting enough light.

I would also question is there a fan in there to wiggle them around

fan looks off. Perhaps bring it up above the plants and turn it on so they all wiggle a little bit

The light was at 2ft 8 inches a dropped it a foot its a 19 W Led fro home depot

good they 2 are growing really quick and one is alot shorter I am putting them outside in about 3 weeks the two larger plants have a strong pungent smell to them
