fake weed?

what is wrong with this? fake? synthetic? hemp? stems look weird, doesn't smell like anything i've had before.. any input would be appreciated!

Where’d you get it from? It looks pretty normal to me, that stem looks like it’s just from a leaf or something.

a "friend" of a friend, it's legal where i am but stores are shut down because corona so i don't have another choice... i can take another picture

as mentioned, that small stem is actually a stem to a leaf that was removed.

Looks ok to me.. Who knows what happened after it was harvested. Bad cure, sock weed, dryer sheets, etc etc....

def. not trimmed properly that's for sure lol, i don't know like i said i usually get it from a dispensary and nothing i've had in the past looked or smelled like that so better safe than sorry. i normally wouldn't have this problem, unfortunately everything is shut down because of the covid....

yeah that's what i was afraid of is the people "enhancing" stuff nowadays.. damn i want the dispensaries to open back up...
