Is this early signs of mildew

Hard to tell from the pictures, but sorta just looks like water spots from spraying the leaves? Are the spots fuzzy? If not maybe early signs of a deficiency? the plant looks a bit yellowish overall.

Erm no i wouldnt say there fuzzy really thats what is confusing me about it but on a few leafs and what nutrient would you say i need? as im using the full canna range someone has suggested calmag so bought some of that online yesterday god knows when it will turn up though with this damn pandemic

Looks very healthy. No more nutrients. There is a such thing as to much and a lot of people do it.

Hit it with some Serenade, not going to hurt at this stage. Looks like water residue though.
