I'm about to purchase a gorilla 2×4 tent I have 1 hlg 100 v2 3000k would 2 of those lights be enough to grow 4 plants from start to finish?

Yeah, 2 of those would be good in a 2x4. The number of plants doesn't matter as much as the canopy area by the way. You could grow 40 tiny plants or one giant in there and would need the same amount of light.
