Best time of day to transplant to larger pot?

Might be overthinking it, but here goes:

My girls should be dried out tonight/tomorrow morning. I’m wondering if it is better to transplant in the morning so they are watered and have a fulol day of light immediately, or if transplanting before dark period would be less stressful? I’m guessing the morning is better.
