Hey.

New Member
I purchased 7 seeds and put the in the paper towel method on Wednesday. They all sprouted so I planted them in little pots with fresh soil yesterday. This morning I found all of them expect one brown roots how do I fix them !

That sounds like damping off. If it is, there isnt any fix for it that I know of. Hit up damping off on googlefu. As far as germinating seeds, paper towel method does work, but, the best method I found is a 1:1 ratio of water+regular hydrogen peroxide in a clear glass so you can see when they emerge. The hydrogen peroxide sterilizes the seed coat and the water, and provides oxygen for the roots as it breaks down. Doing it that way I see germination within 24-48hrs.

Damn bud.. I hate to hear that.... try that method I described In my last response. I've had absolutely no issues with that method. I got it from brother mendels cultivars on facebook! He's got good seed too! Greenpoint seeds out of Colorado I highly recommend. I'm growing some of their bison breath now as well as brother mendels fruity pebbles og auto dwarf. That dwarf will put ya down for the count!
That bison is a monster of a plant. The buds are only 1/2-3/4 inch long atm but is absolutely covered in them, even has a bunch of double colas

Count your blessings that it didnt happen further along after the seedling began to get going. That would've made you cry

Definitely agree! Just looked at the further the top looks brown but the root in the soil is still white.

Sooooo I found the solution to hydrogen peroxide and the superior choice for water. La Croix sparkling water or any generic with natural flavoring which is simply the essence of the flavor or essential oil. This stuff is amazing with immediate results! The water comes loaded with c02 and the plant eats that up and expells 0xygen. You can see this actually occuring as the c02 bubbles are larger and clearer throughout the water and along whatever container. The oxygen sits near the top walls of the container and make very tiny hazy looking bubbles. La Croix sits at 65ppm with a pH around 4.5. just raise the pH and your good to go! If using in hydro, the sparkling water will provide the best nutrient uptake by plants guaranteed. My clone started showing its root system after just 24 hours!

You didn't get roots from a fresh cut clone in 24 hours.

What an informative response! Care to actually elaborate and back that statement with factual data?
I don't care if you post a picture of a clone with roots. You didn't cut a clone , stick it in some berry flavored La Croix and have roots in 24 hours. If you claim you did then your lying. FACT.

And you have no factual data to back up your claim other than a clone that was probably cut a week ago that your claiming rooted overnight. Stop wasting peoples time.

Hahahah fucking haters! This is a cannabis help site to encourage people with similar interests to connect and benefit from each other's gained knowledge in the subject of cannabis specific horticulture. Shame on you douche bags out there who are so self conceited and arrogant to the point where they believe to know all regarding marijuana. What the fuck is the point in me sharing useless information and lying on random threads about cannabis growing? I mean seriously, use your head when you're trying to formulate ridiculous notions. Again you have no information as to why this simple impossible. Did you know that a taproot can emerge from a cannabis seed within 24 hours? If a fucking seed can do it , a clone or cutting can do it with no problem under the right conditions. Wisdom my ignorant little hater

it sounds like your roots are getting too wet, try and cut back when you water them instead of giving them 100ml give them about 20 or 30ml for example. if you want to save them then you are going to have to let them dry out

Edit: for future reference make sure you always start seedlings off in small plant pots

Thank you I’m letting them dry now and they are in small pots

I want to see it done. make a youtube channel , do you're process and prove it in a scientific manner, till then everyone is going to call you're bullshit. It's not possible hoss, I hate to tell ya but I think you just didnt look at it for a few days and forgot that it wasnt yesterday that you took the cut, it was 5 days ago.....
