Exhaust/ducting question

I got a question about the ducting on my new tent. Can’t seem to find an answer, plus it’s late and my tent gets here tomorrow.

So I’m gonna run filter>fan>ducting (into room)
And passive intake with just 6” ducting. Gonna curve the ducting 90 degrees to stop light.
Do I need to run the exhaust air out the window? Or will having the door/window for the room open take care of stale air build up? Pic is what I have set up so far
There’s a ceiling fan and it’s still cool here. Plus the kitchen is being redone so the house is cool anyway

Your airflow is 100% backwards. The filter goes in the tent, ducted through your light if air cooled and exhausted outside.

Passive intake from the air in your place.

Scope this out when you have a chance

@PoopyMcPooper is correct about how you should set it up.

Carbon filter up high in the tent, connected to the light reflector (if air cooling the light) then the blower pulling air and sending it out of the tent (preferably to the outside). Passive air vents open in the bottom of the tent.

If you don't exhaust the heat outside then you will recirculate, slowly heating the room the tent is in. This can cause you to lose your cool air source unless you are running an AC in the lung room.

Okay so I didn’t explain it right I guess. But I have it set up correctly. Carbon filter in the tent with fan blowing out through ducting.
I can’t be cutting holes in the wall lol, I live at home still.
Would ducting out the window be an option?
Running an led thought I said that my bad.

This is what I was looking for! Thanks man

I just realized the confusing lol.. I have it standing on the ground for the pic.. it’s gonna be hung in the tent with the ducting going out sorry guys I was falling asleep when I posted this last night

Yup, got one with 6” ducting in a u shape running out of it. The bottom of the U is where the sleeve is if that makes sense. I’ll post a pic when I get home
Here’s the intake hole. Outside first I’m not sure why it uploaded that way.
I’m gonna let it run overnight before changing anything else. I think the humidity is a little low, around 35-40%. I’ll deal with it tomorrow. Any suggestions? I might get a humidifier when the new light gets here as well

Mate how you've got it is fine for passive intake, maybe even one more open duct port with ducting will be better once things get bigger and need more oxygen, since your intake should really be 2x larger then the outtake for good measures, also if you want to move the filter and fan outside the tent that will still work filter>fan>duct>tent, will save some space in the tent and you'll be sure that no smell escapes through holes in ducting/fan casing. ( Of course with this scenario you will be pushing air into the filter as opposed to sucking air out of it ) but I've seen no difference when using this method
