had a good read thru your topic and i myself do realy feel for you.
i noticed you say " all my eggs in one basket", well i got ripped myself not with med stuff but ilegal stuff here in uk.
i learnt swifty when i lost £400 UK pounds, now i keep all my eggs in 4 different baskets. its a shame too hear the dispensry got ripped by this prize nugget of a bloke and shut them down. over here in the UK you either GYO ( grow your own) or find a local dealer. sometimes i wish the uk would do as america has and sort out maryjane for medical use.

There are so many growers if you dont ticket them the pot someone else will and then you will have no market for your own.

just a question...if you grow pounds, why do you belong to a club??i just went to my local cannabis club. i was due a payment on some meds. i had 1000 coming today and another next week. i collected 500 last week. i was pretty much on a weekly pay system. been working great for the past 9 months. so i walk in today and it's empty. just a single desk and about 6 or 7 people in there. i get someones attention at the counter. she comes up and says "hello, we're not ready yet but if you come back in a few days we will get you all signed up."it was someone i had never seen before. i told her to slow down a minute. i asked where everyone was. she says, "there was a chnge of ownership". i'm totally confused because last week all was well. there has been an ongoing feud with a past onwer. the place is a co-op so it's not run by anyone one person. this guy was running them into the ground so 6 months ago he got voted out. they have been battling in court for months. it appears that the lease must be in his name. he just booted everyone and is setting up his own shit. wants me to come back in a few days so i can get signed up. fuck that guy. now i gotta go find the others so i can pay my bills.

I would of fronted too. It is a medical club, not like a friend,etc.... I know when I owned a pizzeria my Sysco man fronted me food, always. I usually went into debt around 2500.00 week with him, always on a front. It was a risk for him because if my sales were down he didn't get paid and he would let it ride until the next week.
That is what you have to do in small business. It is practically a give in. I would look at this as small business, I would be surprised to hear he got paid upfront, to be honest.

trenton did all right. he's running 2 houses now. he started growing pot for the first time in jan. of this year.
it's the indoor purps that brings in the money. i have an appointment with my electrician today.
