I've ran out an OG Kush Fem from RQS and got decent results
With the MarsHydro 300w eco tested around 130w EQ.
I have photos of how it preforms with minimal nutes ,using just coco and just a basic setup for £100 if anyone is thinking of getting the Mh300 ECO let me know ill be More than happy to show you
.

What other lights would be recommended for 3\4 fem plants using S.O.G method for maximum yield?

Quantum boards. Shoot for 40w/sqft. There are a number of fixtures available, but DIY will give you more options.

QBs use Samsung 301b or h diodes, they are more efficient than mars diodes.

You may also find something by invisible sun or budget led where you are.

Or you can build your own to out perform all those lights.

Depends on your space though, which you haven't mentioned.

The space I'm using will be adapted to, it's 80 cm wide and 500 cm length roughlh its a storage place which I'm building intake and outtake for., but I want to use minimal space if air flow and everything looks good and it's preforming I don't see why expanding is necessary untill I want more, I've recently got rid of my tent and I'm looking to just smash out a little sog to get a little more to look at and have more to deal with at the end it's fun. I've just started my indoors, my last one ended up great in a tent it was just lacking knowledge.. And my out door one was the same small but pop corny. But I got the buds right nice and dense this time no pop corns.Just was the size of an auto flower again.

They will both be 240w ish, good for a 2x4ft area.

One has added red.

3500k would be the best choice if you plan to veg and flower, 3000k if its just for flowering and 4000k just for veg.
