the next will be phase 4 where lots of dough is let out to build needed

bridges , roads and broadband where it is needed..create jobs IN america

and even if he doesn't get elected..it will have truly helped the infrastructure

idk, Bill Clinton sucked it up and did his job when he was impeached. Shame Trump couldn't do that, and instead spent his time propagating the Russian contrived conspiracy theory in which Trump tried to get a vulnerable foreign ally to manufacture dirt on his political opponent because he was too scared to run against Joe Biden.

Because everything is already all shook up and there is very little either one of them could do to make things better.

Trying to give people hope. He is going to pick the VP soon, there is really not much else besides make commercials for Trump that can be done, it is not like political rallies are safe anytime soon. Biden needs everyone voting for him to be as healthy as possible come time to vote in the fall.
