Oshram 2x3 zelion LED, I need help.

I've just set up my grow area indoors. I don't have any idea what will work for me. The vegetables I started 4 weeks ago just blossomed. Not good, right? Could somebody with some experience with the Oshram 2x3 zelion LED lights give me an idea on red or blue light use and distance from the top of the plants. I have many questions and many more I haven't even thought of yet. Patience please. I'm about as green as I can be.
If I can figure out how to attach a picture, I will , along with a description of the area.---
The picture came out good. All I can add at the moment is that the light can adjust from 0 to 40" above the plants.
What did I do wrong and what is right or maybe just OK?
I would like to start on 1 or 2 White Widow plants.
Need to start from step # one.

This form of communication is unfamiliar. If I'm doing something wrong, please tell me.
You will get used to it.

The basic idea is to have a tent a fan and filter and a light.

The fan extracts all the heat out of the tent and new air replaces it which keeps natural co2 levels from diminishing. Obviously the filter cleans the air.
you also use ducting to connect the fan and filter and to transport the hot air out.

Ideally this should be extracted to outside so that the air doesn't just get recycled over and over.

if you can post a link to your light we might be able to tell you more about how much space it will cover

good luck and welcome to riu

How do I use the red or blue light?
Did I make things harder by buying this light?
Can I compensate for lower wattage by lowering the light?
My goal is 1 or two plants at a time.
Amount of yield is of low importance, just good quality.
Of course $ is a concern but success is more important.
