5 gallon food safe plastic buckets from the store. They are like 5 bucks each with lids. I got the idea from a grower much bigger than myself who had a fish tank air pump hooked up to like 40 buckets, never opened the buckets after filling them just ran the air pump once a day. What kind of buckets do you use?
Thanks dude. Food as in water or nutrients? Not enough food is what the plants falling apart. Definitely not done though
Woah- and this is for curing correct? That's a good idea to stock up on buds man..5 gallon food safe plastic buckets from the store. They are like 5 bucks each with lids. Can you do this with a smaller yield? And the buckets are airtight right? Do you need to cling wrap them or is the top fine? I'd imagine the top seals air in.Anytime.... seriously curing in 5 gallon buckets is sooooo much easier. You do have to have the balls to not be "incredibly gentle" with the buds when you shake a 5 gallon bucket but is nothing to extreme.
They are close enough to air tight. Good bud will permeate smell through plastic but they contain over 99% of it.... There really shouldnt be much air exchange going on through a closed bucket but liquid is frequently stored in 5 gallon buckets so they are pretty much as sealed as your gonna get. I also keep 60 gram 62% rh Boveda packs in the bucket. You know your doing good when you literally have buckets of weed. I would want at least 3-4 oz to use a bucket but ideally more. Can you do this with a smaller yield? And the buckets are airtight right? Do you need to cling wrap them or is the top fine?
