How do you go from oil or tincture to vapeable liquids? I tried a bunch of ways and ratios of PG/VG and just couldnt get it to be strong enough when vaped? Gave up

I did.

I made the EFFORT to educate myself, from a base of absolutely NOTHING. It all started because I wanted to learn how to start my chilli & tomato plants inside & that transitioned to weed. I got sucked into a vortex of possibility.....

That meant that I've spent the past 3 years trawling through hundreds & hundreds of pages of this thread alone to get specifically locally relevant information. AND THEN SOME.

'Spent countless hours/days trawling through a heap of shit & banter on this thread to find-out what I wanted to know & learn about where/how to find the stuff I needed to know about locally-sourced ingredients/soils/amendments, where to source seeds etc...etc...

I've got a massive Word document with advice, arguments, quotes, links etc....

I made an EFFORT, rather than simply ask for something to be handed to me on a plate.

When I was unsure of something I'd done my own research on, then & ONLY then, would I ask a question for clarification & input to supplement or clarify my own knowledge. I would then receive it from the cogniscenti.

There's a difference.....

And I also found that I share a warped sense of humour with others that enjoy the proceeds of this wonderfully pretty plant, whether I've indulged in its provender or not.

Sounds like you have a chip on your shoulder, you are looking way to deep into this. I just started a discussion about seedbanks. I have ordered from seed banks with success, it’s great to have a forum like this that we can share our experiences. Heaps of guys on here that have great info and share it with each other freely.
And then there are people like you......

Great Lake Genetics have the best stealth of any bank I have used. It costs $30 and you gotta s.end cash but if there is sometjing you really wamt or gonna do a decent order its a good safe option.

This is something I'm yet to explore & find out for myself.

I've tried making hash oil & then dissolving it in PG/VG, & whilst I could get an effect, it's really not a good solution, as it just tends to clog the whole vaporiser & you have to keep cleaning the tank & changing the coils frequently.

The mate that just loaned me the Magic Butter machine has been using it to create alcohol-based tinctures for his wife that has horrible pain from endometriosis & has been searching for a solution for her for years.

I grew some high CBD plants for him/them last year & he told me that it works in oral tincture form, but oral administration is slow in onset & was after something that works quickly for someone who doesn't smoke plant material.

Between us, we came up with the idea of dissolving an alcohol-based tincture into a PG/VG mix that would be vapeable & have a rapid effect.

He came to my place a couple of weeks ago & we created a tincture of 85g of high CBD weed into 500ml of 95% ABV rectified spirit using the machine. I see no reason the same couldn't be done with high THC weed. His wife is yet to try it & report-back.

I'm going to try it this weekend with some of the scraps I recently collected & do a similar infusion in 95% spirit, then infuse into a PG/VG mix.

I'll try it & report back to you.

No, you didn't START a discussion about seed banks. It's been done to death. MANY times & the answers have ALWAYS been the same. You're just too lazy to do your own research.

My 2 cents not that it matters fuck all an its not based on takin sides here.... But i personally have spent the majority of my free time scrollin many of different threads here on riu an other sites on a wide range of different topics (i could list them but fuck typin for next hour) to gain as much info on all aspects of growin an all the rest of the crap that goes with it an after researchin somethin as much as i can to be able to have my own opinion on something i will then ask others on what their opion or advice may be on that topic. At the same time there is also allot of crap/useless info out there an is sometimes easier to send out a quick msg an see what others think.
