Somango XXL first grow

Hey guys, need some advice about this plant here.

To me she looks healthy and her buds are starting to develope, but it's kinda slow and it's been like since 26th November 2019 since seedling.

Would be great if I could get some help from experts. Any advice would be awesome!

When did you flip to 12-12? When it was seeded makes no difference.

What is your light? Those look like pretty stringy stems. What do you have for airflow around the plant and movement?

I flipped her on February 10th 2020.

I'm using a 600w LED grow light. Yeah, but it's actually quite sturdy.

Yes, I have 2 fans circulating and a ventilation fan.
Maintaining humidity at 45-50% and temp from 24-28 celcius. My mixture is 70% coco coir and 30% perlite.

And here are the nutrients I've been using the entire grow.

I've been growing my first grow with these nutrients since 26th November 2019 and nothing else. The plants are growing nicely and doesn't any signs of ill health. I am using coco coir 70% perlite 30% mix. Wondering if anyone has any experience to share or questions that could help me find out...

I'm using a 600w LED grow light. Yeah, but it's actually quite sturdy.

Yes, I have 2 fans circulating and a ventilation fan.

100% lack of decent amount of light. You are are like 6-7 weeks into flower, she still has a bit to go but I would say that you should not expect massive stacked buds from a cheap chinese 600w LED (not sure what you have but I'm guessing basing on what I see). What is the actual power draw of your light from the wall? Use that for what you should expect for the actual yield. What kind of light is it? Spectrum wise.

I'm not too sure on what was a good brand as it is not common here in my country for people to grow cannabis, so there isn't a community for support.

I've read and seen videos on power draw and spectrum but up till now, I still don't really get it. I'm kinda winging it at this point.
